What Is Downtown Las Vegas like?

Downtown Las Vegas is the heartbeat of Las Vegas where the Entertainment, Business, Casinos, and Arts Districts converge. You'll find Broadway shows at The Smith Center, design showrooms at World Market Center, State of the Art Brain Health Center at Lou Ruvo designed by Frank Gehry, the most exciting gourmet dining and  shopping destinations. TIMEOUT Magazine recently named Downtown Las Vegas the COOLEST neighborhood in the U.S.   Downtown Las Vegas is also the most walkable neighborhood in Las Vegas. The Ogden happens to be the most sought after luxury high rise residence Downtown due to its proximity to attractions and major events such as Life Is Beautiful. 

What About Outdoor Activities?

Las Vegas boasts hiking, kayaking, cycling, ziplining, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and more. These spectacular natural areas are minutes away including Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire. Alex Honnold and many adventurers live in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When is this Unit Available?

Ogden 1512 is available now. It's the largest corner unit floorplan at The Ogden with no neighbors on either side. It's located at the end of two corridors for maximum privacy. The 24 Hour Fitness Center is also located on the 15th floor on the far opposite end of this Residence.  Elevator access is restricted to residents and invited guests with clearance through the concierge. 

What Amenities Are Included?

Restricted Access for Privacy to Residents, 24 Hour Security, 24 Hour Concierge, 24 Hour Fitness Center, Social Lounge, Social Calendar, Rooftop Swimming Pool & Spa, Rooftop Terrace, Dog Run/Dog-Friendly Building (No Weight and No Breed Restrictions), Ground Level Organic Dining and Retail.

What About Parking?

Ogden 1512 includes two prime parking spaces in the building on the lower floors. Electric vehicle charging is also available.
Guest parking is available on the second floor via the front lobby concierge. Metered parking and public parking lots are also available for guests.

What About Noise?

The building is quiet and you can not hear the hustle and bustle of Fremont Street unless you go outside.
